Attendance
Cllrs. Dolley, Hoskin, Edwards, Martin, D. Floyd and S. Floyd.
Apologies
Cllr. Harris and District Councillor Egglestone.
Declarations of Interest
None.
Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair
Cllr. Dolley was elected as Chairman and Cllr. Harris as Vice Chairman.
Minutes
The Minutes of 21st April 2010 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Public Forum
There were no members of the public present.
Matters Arising
The Clerk was instructed to write to Cornwall Council asking if Cornwall Council could not move the dog bin back to its original position then may Pillaton Council move the bin and refer any complaints to Pillaton Council.
The Clerk said that he had reported that the stile at Polborder was unsatisfactory and that the Countryside Ranger had promised action.
The Council considered that Mr. Millward's intention to reduce the height of the overhanging trees at the edge of the playing field would remove any risk.
The Council decided upon which training sessions they would attend.
Parish Plan
It was agreed that a Parish Plan review event would be held in the Village Hall between 10 am. and noon on 26th June. Cllr. Martin offered to assist with colour copying.
Cluster Meetings
Cllr. Hoskin gave feedback from the Cluster Meeting on major issues facing Cornwall.
Finance
The Bank position of Current account £178 and deposit account £4,264 was noted.
The Council approved payments of £36 Chairman's expenses, turf £90, audit fee £25 and insurance £342.05.
Any Other Business
A sign stating Unsuitable for HGVs was requested for Kernock Lane.
