Attendance
Cllrs. Dolley, Hoskin, Edwards, D. Floyd, S. Floyd, Martin, Harris and District Councillor Egglestone.

Public Forum
There were two members of the public present.
Minutes
After amendment the Minutes of 16th March 2011 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
The Chairman explained the quotes for the improvements to the Hall and play park exceeded the grant and revised quotations would be sought with the possibility of using local contractors.
It was noted that Cornwall Highways had set in motion repairs to Mary Moon Close road surface and ribbed lines near the play park entrance.
It was noted that there had been no comment from County Highways regarding the siting of the bin at the top of the Village.
Planning Permission
The Council approved the following applications:
- New Mushton farm: Installation of photovoltaic array to South of property.
- Extension to south west elevation 13 Briars Ryn.
- Construction of agricultural greenhouse at Kernock park.
Finance
The accounts and annual return for the year ended 31st March 2011 were accepted subject to audit.
The Bank position of Current account £400 and deposit account £2,484 was noted.
The following payment was approved; Insurance AON Ltd £374
Any Other Business
Cllr Harris reported that the Cluster meeting was seeking confirmation of road salting to be carried out in the approach to Pillaton.
