Cllrs. Dolley, Hoskin, Edwards, D. Floyd, S. Floyd, Martin and Harris.
Apologies
District Councillor Egglestone.
Declarations of Interest
Cllrs Hoskin, Dolley and Martin declared a personal interest in payments in respect of the Village Hall improvements.
Public Forum
There were two members of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 13th July 2011 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
Cllr Edwards was thanked for producing a safety inspection schedule for the play park equipment.
Contractors Invoices Village Hall Improvements
The Council decided to pay the Calweton invoice of £9,600 (from grants received) subject to receiving written confirmation that the surface at the Hall would be replaced within budget in the next 28 days and at no inconvenience to Hall users.
Planning Permission
The Council objected to the application for revised design at 13 Briars Ryn including rear extensions on the grounds that neighbours had not been advised; the plans did not show side elevations and that there was no detailed block plan.
