Apologies
Cllr Harris and District Councillor Egglestone.
Declarations of Interest
Cllrs Hoskin, Dolley, S. Floyd, Edwards and Martin declared a personal interest in payments in respect of the Village Hall improvements.
Public Forum
There were no members of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 21st September 2011 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
The Council had been informed by District Councillor Egglestone that the work being carried out at Polborder had been approved by the Cornwall Council enforcement officer.
Village Hall Improvements
The Chairman explained that there had been no progress at the Hall Improvement scheme in terms of resurfacing the entrance area. The Council decided to not to pay the project management firm until an up to date budget review form had been received.
Planning Permission
The Council approved planning applications in respect of repairs to the Mausoleum and kitchen garden wall at Pentillie but were unable to support the revised application for 13 Briars Ryn extension on the basis that the plans were inconsistent.
Finance
The Bank position of Current account £2,544 and deposit account £4,502 was noted.
The following payment was approved;
- £12 village hall hire.
The Council reviewed the proposed precept for 2012 to 2013 and called for revisions to be made for approval at the November meeting.
