Cllrs. Dolley, Hoskin, D. Floyd, S. Floyd, Edwards and Harris.
Apologies
Cllr Martin and District Councillor Egglestone.

Public Forum
There was no member of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 11th January 2012 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
The Chairman reported that there had been no progress regarding the resurfacing of the entrance area to the Hall and therefore the Council decided not to approve the payment of the Contractors invoice.
Notice Board
It was confirmed that two notice boards had been ordered.
Planning Permission
None.
Finance
The Bank position of Current account £111 and deposit account £2,503 was noted.
The following payments were authorised; G.Bridgman £20 for salt storage,
A. Bridgman £20 hedge trimming at the playing field and R. Woodley £720 Clerks salary.
The Council agreed to act as the accountable body for the purchase of 72 commemorative
jubilee mugs bearing the Cornish flag.
Any Other Business
A letter had been received from Pentillie thanking the Council for their support.
Cllr Hoskin gave feedback from the Cluster meeting in respect of changes to
the Health service in the area.
