Public Forum
There were no members of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 16th October 2013 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
It was noted that no reply had been received from the owner of the weir requesting support for repair of the weir.
Planning Permission
None.
Neighbourhood Plan
The Council resolved to participate in creating a neighbourhood plan with neighbouring Parishes and to seek the involvement with any interested parishioners.
Finance
The Bank position of current account £832 and deposit £2,788 was noted.
The following payments were approved; Grass cutting, G. Moore £450 and Village News printing, Kernock Park Plants £200.
The Council voted to retain the precept at the previous year’s level of £1,930.
Tamar Valley Management Plan
The Council had no comment as the proposals did not relate to the Lyhner Valley.
Cornwall Council Planning
The Council decided to make any response at the December meeting.
Community Area Networks
Cllr Harris outlined the agenda for the next meeting which would be held at Pillaton.
