There was one member of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 15th January 2014 meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
None.
Planning Permission
None.
Proposed Cycle Route Callington To Saltash
The Council supported the concept in principle but were unable to make any observation in the absence of full details.
First World War Commemorations
The Council resolved, with one objection, to be the accountable body for finance raised by any group formed to organise the commemorations, in order to assist in legitimising such a group.
Water Across the Road at Bottom of Polborder Hill
Following a request on the web site the Chairman reported that he had sought Highways assistance in solving the problem of a stream having formed across the road.
Finance
The Bank position of current account £319 and deposit £2,788 was noted.
Any Other Business
The Council have examined the damaged seat at the top of the village and consider it to be safe to use.
The Clerk was asked to contact Highways with a view to having pot holes and a gulley on Darky Lane repaired.
