Attendance
Cllrs. Dolley, Heap, Martin, Harris, Warne, D. Floyd and S. Floyd.
Appointment of the Chair and Vice Chair
The Council unanimously elected Mr Dolley as Chair and Mr Harris as vice Chair.

County Councillor D. Pugh.

Public Forum
There were no members of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 15th April 2015 Council meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
It was noted that Cornwall Council Streetworks held a bond regarding completion of repairs regarding the damage caused by the solar farm contractors. Cllr Harris had reported the damage as criminal damage to the Police who were assisting in getting the broken sign repaired.
Planning Permission
None
Finance
The Council approved payments of £40 as audit fee and £265 insurance.
The Bank position of current account £568 and deposit £2,115 was noted.
Any Other Business
The Clerk was asked to a) remind the occupiers of the field bordering the road at the top of the Village to complete the trimming of the hedges. b) point out the poor state of repair of the sign posts at Amy Tree to St Mellion Council and suggest painting them. c) remind Highways that the potholes at Tiddlers Well had not been filled d) complain regarding the non attendance of County Councillor D. Pugh at meetings.
