Public Forum
There were no members of the public present.
Minutes
The Minutes of 16th September 2015 Council meeting were accepted unanimously.
Matters Arising
Damage caused by Contractors of solar farm:
The Council were assured that the road sign had been made and awaited installation.Road repairs at Pillaton Mill:
The Chairman reported that he had met with Cornwall Highways engineer and been warned that all road repairs faced long delays.Cycle route Callington to Saltash:
The Council decided not to support the proposed cycle route because of safety implications.
Planning Permission
It was noted that Cornwall Council had given a grant of £700 for the purchase a lap top and projector to show the planning applications received electronically. Cllr Martin produced details of possible purchases and volunteered to have a trial run at the November meeting so that the Council could decide upon the most suitable equipment.
Finance
The Bank position of current account £1,070 and deposit £2,224 was noted.
Any Other Business
The Chair reported that he was concerned about a broken services box at Mary Moon Close and the Clerk was asked to report the matter to Cornwall Housing.
Concern was expressed regarding the poor state of the finger posts at Amy Tree and it was agreed that Cornwall Highways permission would be sought with the possibility of repainting the signs.
Cllr Harris has noted that Mushton Lane appeared to have been downgraded to a bridlepath and clarification was to be sought from Cornwall Highways.
