Ringmaster Message - 18 May 2015

Telephone Scam

We have received a report of a resident in Torpoint receiving a telephone call from a male, claiming to be a Police Officer, today, Monday 18 May 2015.

This person stated that the resident's bank card had been stolen and that the resident needed to phone the bank and give bank details.

This is a scam, please be wary of any variation in story line and please do not give bank details to anyone. Please inform neighbours of this.
